Result Statistics And Analysis

The highest additional value of myQtest is detailed statistical processing of results. Upon the exam completion the results are presented according to the elements tested in the exam.
In such a way, the attendant undergoing the exam consisting of categories (Question pools), will obtain separate results for each category.

Consequently, presentation of results, resp. statistics may be divided in few major groups as follows:

Individual Statistics

In addition to detailed display of exam results by categories, the attendant will see final result as well.
Exam administrator may decide whether the attendant may see category results or only the final results. Such a display enables the exam administrator to obtain a clear insight in the knowledge of the attendant and based on detailed results, he can plan adequate education for each attendant or take other sound decisions based on the same results. If the administration is adjusted in such a way that the attendant can see results by categories, based on those results he could get acquainted with shortcomings in his knowledge and take further steps.

Attendant can also be presented with detailed results of his/hers exam. This result is also stored in the database for future analysis. Each question and given answer, as well as the correct answer and No. of scored points is displayed in this report.

Group/Subgroup Statistics

This way of displaying results enables the person conducting the test, to come to conclusions in the group or subgroup as a separate entity in any requested time frame. This way, at the same time the successfulness on the level of the group or subgroup may be followed up, which opens additional possibilities for analysis - as i.e. quality of previous education. The group statistics will also give information, whether testing was carried out successfully and adequately.
Parameters representing group’s knowledge are total number of points of the group, total passing, average time of exam duration, average passing etc.

Exam Statistics

Test center Statistics

Based on this data it is possible to analyze aggregated exam data for test center (organization or company) in any requested time frame. The data obtained can show how many tests altogether of each kind were taken in that particular organization and with what results, durations...

Category Statistics

Based on this data it is possible to analyze exam data for each question pool (as a part of any exam) in any requested group/subgroup in any requested time frame. Using these results one can see the knowledge level of attendants for a particular narrow knowledge segment represented by a question pool. This data can be compared with the same data for a different time frame to see i.e. what is the increase in attendants’ knowledge of a subject after education regarding the subject was improved...

Question Statistics

As following up exams, it is also possible to follow up (monitor) each question in the system as a whole. Results of these statistics enable the exam designer (creator) to correct errors in questions, if any. I.e. if a large number of attendants were not able to answer a specific question, etc. It is also possible to use myQtest’s advanced adoption system to monitor each question’s results constantly and change its complexity level (within 4 predefined levels) and thus No. of its points. This way the system will actually learn and adopt to the knowledge of the attendants making each exam result more accurate. This feature is requires parameterization in order to give full performance.
